Turkey
I have too much left over turkey...I wonder what the hell to do with it. Can you make Chicken Makhani with turkey? Hmmmm. I wish I had a friend who knew all about Indian cooking to ask this most important question. Venti - if you read this and need to figure something out - RESEARCH!!! :) WE NEED INDIAN FOOD.

there is no way that makhani sauce could taste bad on anything, maybe the turkey could marinade in something red to try to get closer too. research, yes, but where? the library? local indian restaurant? maybe there is something on that internet thingy? can you just imagine trying to answer this question 15 years ago, how did we do it?

Xeno's Hot Turkey Salad

Ingredients:
- Turkey
- Lettuce
- Bacon
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Combine all ingredients in Salad Shooter and let it do the work. Serve on wheat toast.
